Features Overview

The features below are shared by both the business and family accounts:

  • Create accounts in your own domain(s), or use one of ours
  • Individual address books per user, and a global address book that's shared between all users in the family/business (also automatically used for spam white listing)
  • Share email folders between users (in addition to private folders)
  • Share file storage folders between users (in addition to private folders)
  • Pre-buy accounts to reduce billing events, or just buy as you need
  • Smaller and cusomisable login screen at http://mail.yourdomain.com
  • Three different service levels for each user account, so you can optimise your storage and cost for each user more closely with what they actually use

Administrators can:

  • Manage multiple accounts from one control panel area
  • Setup one or multiple administrator accounts if you need more than one person to have control over the business/family
  • Perform administration actions without leaving their own accounts via the new "Manage" screen
  • Create, delete, and change service levels of the individual accounts
  • Look into and change settings of accounts (unless account marked as private)
  • Simplify billing with one billing cycle, as the entire business/family is renewed with single payment
  • Enable email journaling to create an archive of all sent/received email for a user (business only)
